The Smvip payment policy governs all deposits, withdrawals and related monetary transactions conducted on the Smvip platform. By using Smvip services, you accept and agree to this policy, including any future amendments published on the site.

Accepted payment methods

Smvip supports fiat payments and selected cryptocurrencies. Funding methods may include bank transfers, card payments, e-wallets, and wallet-to-wallet transfers. Withdrawals are generally issued to the same payment method used for funding where feasible, subject to verification, limits, and available method support.

• Fiat funding: bank transfers and card-based payments processed through approved payment partners.
• E-wallets and alternative wallets: fast crediting to Smvip balances and subsequent withdrawals where permitted.
• Cryptocurrencies: supported wallets for eligible tokens; deposits and withdrawals are processed in the corresponding crypto asset with applicable network fees.

Deposit limits

Minimum deposit per transaction: €25. Maximum deposit per transaction: €5,000 for standard methods. Higher per-transaction or daily limits may apply for certain methods or upon completion of enhanced verification. All deposits are subject to applicable regional restrictions and payment provider rules.

Withdrawal limits

Minimum withdrawal per request: €25. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: €5,000. Higher limits may be available for users who complete additional verification and meet ongoing compliance requirements. Withdrawals are paid to the funding method on file when possible; alternative methods may require extra verification and processing time.

Processing times

Deposits are typically credited instantly after successful authorization by the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, with the final payout completing within 1–5 banking days depending on the method, bank, and network congestion. Delays may occur for high-risk transactions or additional verification checks.

Fees and charges

Smvip does not levy fees on deposits in standard cases. Withdrawal-related charges, if any, are charged by the payment provider or the funding method and will be disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request. Some methods may incur network or processing fees outside Smvip’s control.

Verification and security

To comply with applicable laws (KYC/AML), Smvip may request documentation to verify identity, address, and ownership of payment methods prior to approving withdrawals or increasing limits. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete. Smvip employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, and recommends enabling two-factor authentication for account protection.

Currency and settlements

Balances are maintained in the account’s designated base currency. Deposits and withdrawals are settled in the selected currency; currency conversions, when applicable, reflect the prevailing rate plus any conversion charges disclosed before confirmation.

Responsible gambling and compliance

Smvip supports responsible gambling practices. Underage participation is prohibited. The platform adheres to licensing and regulatory requirements, and maintains procedures for AML, fraud prevention, and customer protection in line with applicable law.
