1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Smvip and its services offered through the Site. By registering, accessing, or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms together with the Privacy Policy Bonus Terms and any game rules published on the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms you must discontinue use of the Site.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

Smvip services are provided where lawful and for individuals who meet the applicable age threshold. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate and you may be required to provide evidence of age and identity upon request. Access by minors or by individuals not meeting the applicable age is strictly prohibited.

• Prohibited jurisdictions: you may not use the Site if you reside in or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted. The Site may perform location verification and block access as required by law or license conditions.
• Compliance and supervision: you are responsible for compliance with local gambling laws and for providing truthful information for verification purposes. The Site does not offer legal advice and makes no guarantee of legality in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To open an account you must provide accurate information including a valid email address and your real name as it appears on official documents. The Site may request identity documents and payment method details to verify your identity and eligibility. Failure to provide requested information or providing inaccurate data may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of funds.

• Single account rule and access control: each person may hold only one personal account. The Site may terminate all accounts found to be held by the same individual and may confiscate funds where appropriate. Access to an account must not be shared with third parties including minors.
• Support and enrollment: if you have questions during registration you may contact the Site support through the designated support channels within the Site.

• Duplicate accounts and investigation: you acknowledge that creation of duplicate accounts may lead to the termination of all related accounts and potential forfeiture of funds.

If verification is not completed within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request, the Site may delay or suspend withdrawals and may lock the account until verification is completed.
• Closing the account: you may close your account via the designated process. A balance remaining at closure will be handled in accordance with the prevailing policy and may be returned to a verified payment method following successful verification. A positive balance or pending withdrawals may require settlement prior to closure.

4. Deposits Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted through pre approved payment solutions offered by the Site. You must deposit and withdraw using the same payment solution unless the Site authorizes an alternative. All payments are subject to verification and anti money laundering checks. The Site may impose limits on deposits and withdrawals, processing times, and fees described in the cashier area. The Site is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers.

Eligibility for promotions, wagering requirements, maximum bets while a bonus is active, expiration periods, and withdrawal restrictions apply. Bonuses are non transferable and may be forfeited if bonus terms are breached or the account is not in good standing.

The Site reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time and to apply reasonable restrictions to promotional activity in accordance with applicable law and license requirements.

The outcomes of all games are determined by a random number generator and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective game provider. The Site does not guarantee winnings and reserves the right to remove or suspend games, adjust game features or paytables in line with applicable law and provider agreements.

Players acknowledge that results are random and that gambling should be regarded as a potential loss making activity. The Site may implement technical controls to prevent fraud and to ensure fair play including session timeouts and anti cheating measures.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

You may not transfer or sell your account nor permit third parties to use the account. You shall not misrepresent yourself as an agent or affiliate of Smvip. The Site may require additional information for verification or security purposes and may suspend the account pending completion of security checks.

9. Intellectual Property and Third Party Materials

All content on the Site including logos, text, and graphics are protected by intellectual property laws and are the sole property of Smvip or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Site for personal, non commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without the express written consent of Smvip. User contributions remain the property of the user but Smvip may use them in accordance with the Site policies.

10. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law Smvip liability for direct damages arising from use of the Site is limited to the amount of funds held in your Smvip account at the time the claim arises. Smvip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Smvip operates its licensed activities and disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction or by the competent courts if arbitration is not available. Time limits for bringing claims apply as set out in applicable law. Smvip may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights or to enforce confidentiality obligations.

11. Changes to Terms and Policies

Smvip may modify these Terms or the Bonus Terms and related policies from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Site announcements or other lawful means. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with changes you may close your account in accordance with the termination procedures described in these Terms.

12. Termination and Suspension

Smvip may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination the Site will process any eligible withdrawals to the verified payment method provided that all verification and AML requirements have been met. Smvip may withhold funds or suspend withdrawals pending further verification or investigation and may confiscate funds in cases of fraud or material breaches of these Terms.

13. Notices and Communications

All notices and communications relating to these Terms will be given through the Site or as otherwise provided by Smvip. It is your responsibility to keep contact details up to date and to review the Site for any notices that may affect your rights or obligations.

14. Miscellaneous

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Smvip regarding the Site. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions remain in full force. Smvip may assign its rights under these Terms in whole or in part. No waiver of any term shall be effective unless in writing. Credit or debit cards and other payment methods may be subject to additional terms set by the payment provider. In the event of conflicting terms the order of precedence is as follows: applicable law, these Terms, Bonus Terms, and then the privacy policy.
