Scope and Purpose

This Bonus Policy governs promotional offers available to Smvip customers. It sets out eligibility, activation, wagering, disclosure of terms, and withdrawal implications for all bonus funds and bonus related winnings. Smvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion and without advance notice. Acceptance of a bonus occurs when a customer elects to participate, or when a qualifying transaction occurs in connection with the offer, and the customer agrees to the terms herein.

Eligibility and Opt-In

• Promotions are available to natural persons who meet age and identity verification requirements and who are located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and permitted by Smvip policy.
• Only one active bonus per customer, per household, IP address, device, payment method, or identifying information is permitted unless stated otherwise in the specific offer. Smvip may suspend or confiscate bonus funds and winnings if multiple accounts are detected.
